Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.- Noon & 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fees dependent on services provided. SNAP provides services for low income families and vulnerable people in the following areas:
economic development, emergency assistance, energy assistance, rental housing, mortgage assistance, home repairs, conservation education, weatherization, and a long-term care ombudsman program.Depending on the type of service, cilents are referred to the SNAP neighborhood office which serves thier zip code area, or to a specific program office. Please refer to each office's listing for ZIP code area an dmore information about their services.

Programs and services available at the SNAP neighbornood offices include:

Energy Assistance Helps pay winter fuel bills once a season.
Senior Energy Assistance Helps pay Avista bills for eligible seniors 60 and over.
U-Help Pays for part of a household's utility bill once a year.
Project Share Emergency energy assistance when funds are available.

Mail System
Voice mail boxes are available to help homeless families receive messages.
Food Bank Provides food 12 times a year
Budget Counselling Helps families manage resources and debts.
Emergency Travel Helps fund transportation in specific emergencies.
Rural Outreach For Spokane County residents unable to travel to SNAP Offices.
Minor Home Repairs Health and safety repairs for low-income owner homes.
Weatherization Helps low-income homes with energy efficient improvements.
