Publishes a magazine "The Endeavor" four times a year. Bilingual services not offered. Provides advocacy at the Federal level for families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Provides public awareness and information and referral on people with Autism and related disorders, sponsors conferences throughout Washington State, can supply a list of books for reference, and publishes a state - wide newsletter for members.
